Ganadores del concurso STARS4ALL para viajar a Estados Unidos a ver un Eclipse Total de Sol

Durante las últimas semanas, desde STRARS4ALL hemos estado pendientes de un concurso con un premio muy especial: ver un Eclipse Total de Sol en Estados Unidos.

 

 

La participación en dos juegos –NightKnights (http://nightknights.eu) y Cazasteroides (http://www.cazasteroides.org)- ha servido como base para que varios estudiantes de toda Europa se hayan convertido en científicos ciudadanos por unos días, ayudando a recopilar datos para nuestras investigaciones. ¡Gracias a vosotros hemos conseguido más información y datos para seguir estudiando la contaminación lumínica!

 

La Ciencia Ciudadana se ha convertido en la verdadera protagonista de estas semanas. Y también será la Ciencia Ciudadana la que lleve a viajar a Idaho (Estados Unidos) a dos estudiantes para ver el Eclipse Total de Sol. Los ganadores han sido:

 

  • Felipe Andrés Paredes Montalván: ganador de NightKnights.
  • Yasmina Rocha Zamora: ganadora de Cazasteroides.

Winners of the STARS4ALL competition to travel to the United States to see a Total Eclipse of the Sun

During the last weeks, the STARS4ALL´s team have been waiting for the result of a competition with a very special prize: to see a Total Solar Eclipse in the United States.During the last weeks, the STARS4ALL´s team have been waiting for the result of a competition with a very special prize: to see a Total Solar Eclipse in the United States.

 

 

The participation in two games -NightKnights (http://nightknights.eu) and Cazasteroides (http://www.cazasteroides.org) – has been the basis for several european students to become citizen scientists for a few days, helping to gather data to investigate. Thanks to you we have obtained more information and data to continue studying the light pollution!

 

Citizen Science has become the true protagonist of these weeks. And thanks to Citizen Science two students will travel to Idaho (USA) with STARS4ALL and Ruta de las Estrellas next month of August to see the Total Solar Eclipse. The winners are:

 

  • Felipe Andrés Paredes Montalván: winner of NightKnights.
  • Yasmina Rocha Zamora: winner of Cazasteroides.
